I am working on a "how to draw" instructional book that is extremely basic that someone who has absolutely no drawing experience can use to learn how to draw. There is a particular emphasis on people who want to for comic books and animation, but it will cover the basics for everyone. I am posting two of the chapters so that I can get feedback.

I think this is helpful so far, though it may come in handy to go through learning how to shade/add depth the figures before recognizing them in objects around us (like hands) and drawing them from a reference photo.
